Community cookies serve a different feature
The review panel uses a first-party session cookie and an anonymous visitor cookie to recognise contributions from the same browser. The visitor cookie can last up to one year. These support comments and ratings; they are not used to carry your game scores to an advertising service.
A browser that blocks those cookies may still read the catalogue and play games, but community actions may need the panel refreshed or may remain unavailable. The panel reports a failed request instead of pretending that a rating or comment has been saved.
Choose the right clearing action
Use the saved-entry control to remove one favourite. Use the optional-records control when you want to clear the site’s local favourites, bests and session history together. Use browser site-data settings to remove both local records and cookies for the domain.
A cookie reset can also remove the recognition needed to edit an earlier public contribution. If that happens, contact the correspondence desk with the page and message details rather than assuming that clearing a browser deleted the server’s copy.
